On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Apple displays the price, duration and any trial before you confirm.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for your purchase.
How do I delete my data?
Delete your journal in the app settings. Contact us about technical data stored on the server. Deleting local data does not automatically delete that server data.
Why are my portraits still pending?
Creation can take several minutes. Check your connection, then return to your inspirations. If the wait continues, contact support before starting another series.
Are calorie estimates exact?
A photo cannot measure quantities or hidden ingredients. Estimates are for information and should be corrected; they are not suitable for medical decisions.
